✅ General Return Conditions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, nasal strips can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in a resaleable condition.

  • If you change your mind after purchase, you may return the item within 14 days.

  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs in this case.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund for the item’s cost (excluding original shipping charges).
